Dickens' works on the screen.

Many of Dickens' works have been turned into films. Probably only Shakespeare's works, theatre ones,  have more cinema adaptations than Dickens. Some are really faithful to the original story and some are adapted to modern times. You have probably seen most of them, even without knowing that they were Dickens' literary works.
Christmas Carol, David Copperfield, Great Expectations, A tale of two cities... But let's look at one of the most recent ones: Roman Polanski's Oliver Twist (2005).
