-Dickensian: The time that has hard living conditions, ( as Charles paint on his novels).
-A Scrooge: Is a person who don't like waste money and pay attention on another people.
- What a Dickens : It's an expression that it's used to appear surprised.

What a dickens...?: it's an old expression to say when you unknow something and surprised it to you.
Dickensian: hard living conditions, expression founded at Dicken's novels.
