This video explain that people who lives in Dickens' Portsmouth are very involved with economy. The population is concerned about people in need, who are in the works of Dickens. People save much more money than others because of the poverty they face in this town.

I think what they are doing is a very clever to end with hunger and poor education that is in that town. Also I have to say that all of these persons are so strong and kind for do that posible.
