This is a first book of the trilogy Millenium which Staig Larsson wrote. The plot is about one famous journalist, Michael Blomkvist, who write in the Millenium magazine and who has been accused by defamation and sentenced to three months in prison. But just in this moment he recived a call of old man, Henrik Vanger, who work in an important industrial company. Henrik propose an important job; if Michael help his and discover who killed her niece Harriet, he would give information to prove his innocence. Michael accepted the work, but give help to Lisbeth Salander, a hacker young woman. So Michael and Lisbeth stray into a world of lies, murders and deceptions.
